Designed to encourage young, passionate enthusiastic students in Year 7 to develop as a well rounded performer.
Exposure to Dance, Drama and Music to increase their engagement and achievement in the targeted Arts subjects
Students are exposed to a range of drama, dance and music styles, composition skills, technologies and performance components required to stage a performance in a variety of ways
Instrumental Music
Being part of the Performing Arts Pathway students are encouraged to engage in Instrumental Music lessons.
Students are able to enrol in Melba’s Instrumental Music Program. Lessons are available for Guitar, Piano, Brass, Woodwind, Percussion and Voice. There is a small annual fee for these lessons. We will endeavor to create learning opportunities for other instruments upon request.
Students already engaged in Instrumental Music lessons or would prefer to enrol in Instrumental Music lessons outside of school may do so.

Participate in Performing Arts program at Melba College. E.g FONO, School Production, Open Night and Arts Night
